Or could i eat healthy still and excersize like all weekend roller blading and after school roller blading? A dunlop is a slight belly btw. Nothing major though im skinny.|||Eat healthy and do your exercise and stick to it = then Yes|||Yes, of course.
But this is a very old and dangerous way of loosing spare tire. I am advance nutrition student and been practically do what I've learn. Before this, my friends call me shrek. Now, they call me juggernaut (is that the spelling?)
My advise :
Training can make your dunlop lose even fast. DO aerobic training such as jogging, swimming, cycling and even walking. Aerobic training utilize fats in other words, fats are source of energy when doing aerobic training.
Monitor your meals. Avoids food with high fat such as nut. You can check the list of food containg fats in the net.
Drink plenty of water, and make sure you take your meal consistanly on time everyday.|||Eat and exersice..have junk on the weekends and eat healthy alllll week
